Fixing the actor table

For a short time after a MediaWiki upgrade, Spivey's Corner ran without sharing the new actor table between wiki instances.
New users created in the main wiki would not get access to sub-wikis, but that problem fixed itself when the actor table was made shared.
New users creater in sub-wikis did not have an entry in the actor table of the main wiki. Once the table was made shared, they would not be able to log in either on the main wiki nor on any sub-wiki. The fix (made 22/1/23) was manually to insert records for them in the shared actor table. Actor IDs 332 t0 344 were used for this.
