The web-based interface to Mercurial has been leading to unsustainable CPU usage when the site is visited by a number of different web crawlers. I'm in the process of determining whether this problem can be mitigated, but for the present the Mercurial server is disabled.
Please get in touch if you need urgent access, and I will sort out something temporary – such as providing a static bundle. A lot of the same content is also accessible at GitHub, where I don't pay the hosting fees! See https://github.com?Spivoxity.
